This is the first step! We will help you find a lender you can speak with to determine the best loan type and determine your budget.

Home Search

We will discuss specifics with you.. area, amenities, house & lot size, budget, etc. We will set you up on a search and schedule showings for houses that fit your criteria and budget.

Offer and Negotiations

We will research comps and guide you on making an offer. We will negotiate on your behalf and use our expertise to get the deal done.

04

Closing

We will guide you through everything from contract to close.. inspections, homeowner’s insurance, switching utilities, closing attorney, etc. We will make this process smooth!
